Ousmane Dembele was forced off the pitch after just 19 minutes with a hamstring injury in Paris Saint-Germain’s UEFA Champions League 2026-27 match against Barcelona on October 20.
The French winger clutched at his hamstring immediately after attempting a through-ball in the 19th minute of the game, and immediately signaled to the bench that he needed to come off.
He was replaced by Spanish striker Ferran Torres, who joined from Barcelona in the summer.
The French forward, who is the current holder of the Ballon d’Or, has scored four goals in all competitions this season. He recovered from missing a penalty to help it secure a win against Strasbourg in PSG’s last league match before this match.
