Who will An Se-young face next in French Open 2026 quarterfinal?

Top seed An Se-young swept past India’s Tanvi Sharma 21-11, 21-14 in the Round of 16 on Thursday, and is set to face either China’s Han Yue or Denmark’s Mia Blichfeldt in the quarterfinal.
Seventh seed Han won her opener on Wednesday, defeating Denmark’s Line Christophersen. Blichfeldt had earlier defeated reigning European champion Kirsty Gilmour 21-9, 24-22.
Earlier this season in New Delhi, the South Korean defeated both Han and Blichfeldt in the quarterfinal and Round of 16 respectively.
An Se-young comes into this tournament after winning the Denmark Open earlier this month.
