CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Rosalía, and Karol G Lead the Way as 2026 Latin Grammy Nominations Are Announced

The 2026 Latin Grammy nominations are here, with hitmaker Edgar Barrera leading this year’s field and CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Jorge Drexler, Karol G, and Rosalía among the other top nominees.

Barrera, the Mexican-American songwriter and producer behind hits for artists including Karol G, Becky G, and Santana, earned recognition across multiple categories, including two Song of the Year nominations for Karol G and Marco Antonio Solís’ “Coleccionando Heridas” and Santana and Becky G’s “Mi Gran Amor.” Billboard reports that Barrera leads all nominees this year.

CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso also scored another major showing after earning 10 nominations in 2025. Their latest album, Free Spirits, is up for Album of the Year, while “Ha Ha” earned a Record of the Year nomination and their Sting collaboration “Hasta Jesús Tuvo Un Mal Día” is competing for Song of the Year.

Rosalía and Karol G similarly landed nominations across the general field. Rosalía’s Lux (Complete Works) and Karol G’s Tropicoqueta are both nominated for Album of the Year, while “La Perla” and “Coleccionando Heridas,” respectively, appear in both the Record and Song of the Year races.

The Album of the Year field also includes Anitta, Jorge Drexler, Silvana Estrada, Mon Laferte, Carín León, Milo J, and Rawayana.

The 27th Annual Latin Grammy Awards will take place November 12th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and air live on Univision. Final-round voting begins October 1st.
