Top KingWin changes name to Nexpu
Top KingWin (DPU) announced Thursday that it has changed its name to “Nexpu Ltd.” on August 31, 2026.
The company highlighted that the change of name will be effective on Nasdaq on October 9, 2026. However, the company’s class A ordinary shares will continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the trading symbol "DPU," and the CUSIP number shall remain unchanged.
Nexpu, formerly known as Top KingWin Ltd, primarily engages in the sale of devices that support data collection and analysis and the sale of robots.
