#SHOWBIZ: HK actress Uki Law juggles four jobs to make ends meet

HONG KONG: Actress Uki Law has revealed that she has been juggling four different jobs in recent years to make ends meet, including a full-time office role alongside her showbiz career.

The 31-year-old star of Come Home Love: Lo And Behold works as an actress and presenter, teaches yoga, and holds down a standard nine-to-five job.

"I moved out and live on my own, so I have to pay rent. On top of working on camera and teaching yoga, I also have a full-time office job," she told HK01 in a recent interview.

Law explained that her employers have been hugely supportive of her acting career, happily accommodating her filming schedule and letting her take time off whenever necessary.

"My bosses are the best. They are always happy to let me take leave whenever I need to film," she said.

Despite recently being spotted browsing in luxury shops, Law insists she is no big spender.

She is always on the hunt for bargains, discounts, and vouchers—even jokingly describing herself as a "coupon expert".

"When you earn a bit more, it's natural to want to buy things and treat yourself a little," she said.

"But I'm not the type to spend every single penny I have. I'm quite careful with my money."

Law added that she uses discounts for almost everything, including her meals.

For instance, a HK50(aboutRM26)mealmightonlycostherjustoverHK30 (around RM16) with a voucher, keeping her daily food bill well under HK$200 (approx. RM104).
