When does Nobody Wants This season three come out?

Season three of Nobody Wants This is due to arrive on Netflix on Thursday, October 22, giving fans the chance to catch up with Joanne, Noah and the rest of the gang.

The new episodes follow the second season, which ended with a major turning point for several of the show's central relationships.

Viewers can watch the series on Netflix, where the first two seasons are also available to stream.

What happened at the end of season two?

Warning: spoilers for Nobody Wants This season two ahead.

The second season ended on a romantic note for Joanne and Noah, but not before their relationship was pushed to breaking point.

The pair had been struggling to agree on their future, with Noah's faith playing a significant role in their discussions about commitment. While Joanne had been exploring Judaism, she was unsure whether conversion was right for her, leaving the couple uncertain about how to move forward.

Their differences came to a head at Joanne's sister Morgan's engagement party, where the pair faced the possibility that love alone might not be enough to overcome their problems.

However, a conversation with Noah's sister-in-law Esther helped Joanne see her growing connection to Judaism in a new light. She rushed to find Noah, only to discover he had also been looking for her.

Noah reassured Joanne that he loved her regardless of whether she converted, telling her he would choose her every time. Joanne's response suggested she had reached a breakthrough of her own, and the pair reconciled with a kiss.

Elsewhere, Morgan called off her engagement to Dr Andy after recognising the unhealthy dynamics in their relationship. Meanwhile, Esther told her husband Sasha she wanted to separate, leaving their marriage facing an uncertain future.

What can we expect from season three?

The season two finale left plenty of storylines for the show to explore, particularly as Joanne and Noah consider what their future together might look like.

Although their reconciliation offered a hopeful ending, the couple still have to work out how their differing backgrounds and beliefs will fit into a long-term relationship.

Joanne's evolving relationship with Judaism could also remain an important part of her story, particularly as she works out what faith means to her independently of Noah.

There are also unanswered questions surrounding Morgan, whose engagement ended after she began to question what she really wanted from a relationship.

Sasha and Esther’s separation could provide another emotional storyline, with the couple needing to decide whether they can reconcile or whether time apart is what they need.

Who is in the Nobody Wants This season three cast?

Kristen Bell and Adam Brody are expected to remain at the heart of the series as Joanne and Noah.

The supporting cast includes Justine Lupe as Joanne's sister Morgan, Timothy Simons as Noah's brother Sasha, Jackie Tohn as Sasha's wife Esther and Stephanie Faracy as Joanne's mother, Lynn.

There’s also some new cast members joining for season 3, including Andrew Rannells, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, and Sarah Silverman, as well as creator and executive producer Erin Foster, who is making her debut in a cameo appearance.

Foster will be playing a mysterious character named Nicole when Season 3 premieres on October 22.
