Actor Yash used the world premiere of ‘Ramayana’ in Los Angeles to celebrate his journey from Kannada cinema to the global stage.Addressing the audience ahead of the screening of 'Ramayana: Rise of a Legend', the actor delivered a short speech about ambition, identity and pride.

He said, “Where you start can never define how far you can go”, while expressing pride in being part of both the Kannada and Indian film industries. The film’s leading stars, Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi along with Yash, director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra came together for the grand premiere in Los Angeles. Before the screening, the team took to the stage, where Namit Malhotra acknowledged Yash’s contribution to bringing the ambitious project together. Crediting the actor not only as one of the film’s stars but also as his production partner, Malhotra said, "Before Yash speaks, I have to say that this would not have happened if Yash, who is not just the superstar of the film, but also my producing partner. From the very first day we met in LA, I think it was his conviction and my vision that readily brought everything together.

So, thank you, Yash."

Beginning his address to the audience with “Namaskara,” Yash spoke about his journey from the Kannada film industry.
