Report Milan want Krosche for new Head of Football role

Milan are seeking to create a Head of Football role and marked Markus Krosche for the position, claim reports, poaching him from Eintracht Frankfurt.
Multiple sources including Matteo Moretto, MilanNews and Calciomercato confirm that Krosche is top of the list, having already been in advanced negotiations several months ago to join the organisation.
It was postponed at the time, but they never stopped being in contact, and could still be united during this season.
Milan still eager for Krosche
Owner Gerry Cardinale completely revamped the management structure of the club when sacking coach Max Allegri, technical director Geoffrey Moncada, CEO Giorgio Furlani and director of sport Igli Tare on the same day in May.
They brought in Massimo Calvelli as the Chief Executive Officer, Stefano Cocirio as Chief Financial Officer, Francesca Montini as Chief Brand Officer, and Maikel Oettle as Chief Revenue Officer.
However, the sporting aspect has been rather overlooked, with no technical director or director of sport.
RedBird special advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic was meant to perhaps be given more powers, but seeing as he has barely been at the Milanello ground for months, that doesn’t seem plausible.
The idea would therefore be to bring in a Head of Football who can help coach Ruben Amorim deal with the day to day issues on the sporting side.
Calciomercato report that Krosche is one of two or three names under consideration.
