Mani, Prasad, Anushka star in India A's 363 chase to seal series 2-1

India A 364 for 6 (Mani 88*, Prasad 76, Tanisha 60, Anushka 58, Knot 2-57) beat Australia A 362 for 9 (Knott 109, Webb 95, Vaishnavi 4-48, Prasad 4-84) by four wickets
Chasing a big total, India A were in trouble at 85 for 3 before they fought their way back. Anushka made 58 off 42 balls, hitting four fours and three sixes, while Prasad struck ten fours and a six in her 71-ball 76. The pair helped India A recover from 119 for 4, adding 91 for the fifth wicket.
Prasad continued after Anushka's dismissal, putting India A within sight of the target before she was run out at 317. Mani, who had walked in at 210 for 5, took charge immediately and struck 12 fours and three sixes. India A completed the chase in 48.2 overs.
Jintimani Kalita provided valuable support at the other end, remaining unbeaten on 19 off 19 balls.
Earlier, Australia A posted 362 for 9 after electing to bat. Charli Knott smashed 109 off 70 balls, including 12 fours and five sixes, while Courtney Webb narrowly missed out on a century, making 95 off 92. The pair powered Australia from 76 for 2 to 242 before Knott fell.
Vaishnavi Sharma was India's most successful bowler, taking 4 for 48 from her ten overs. Prasad also claimed four wickets, although she conceded 84 runs.
India A's chase comes only two days after Australia A's successful chase of 339 at the same venue.
