KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 — Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Hannah Yeoh has denied signing any house arrest order involving former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, which has been circulating on social media.

Hannah made the statement in a post on her X account early today.

“I have never signed any house arrest order as claimed in the document. The Pardons Board had yet to convene when it surfaced. Please do not spread this fake document. My press secretary has lodged a report with the authorities,” read the post.

In the same post, Yeoh also shared a screenshot confirming the report submitted to the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) regarding the matter.
