Juventus were dismantled 3-0 at home by the in-form Lazio in Turin on Sunday evening, which means that the Bianconeri are now off to a worse start in Serie A in 2026-27 than they were under Igor Tudor in 2025-26, just before the Croatian was given his marching orders.
Spalletti warning: Tudor had a batter points tally at the time of his Juventus sacking
The Old Lady were loudly booed off the pitch after succumbing to a 3-0 loss at home against Gennaro Gattuso’s Lazio, which has put Spalletti under all kinds of pressure at the Allianz Stadium.

Juventus are already eight points off the league leading Inter and Lazio after seven matches of the season. Their record of three wins, two draws and two defeats is good enough for just 11 points in the standings.
At the same stage of last season under Tudor, Juventus had picked up three wins, three draws and one defeat, leaving them one point better off (12) than they currently are in 2026-27.
Tudor was sacked after the eighth Serie A match of the season, with a tally of 12 points from eight games on his record, and was eventually replaced by Spalletti almost one year ago, on October 30, 2025.
