Big Brother fans slam "big mistake" as two HUGE housemates face eviction

Translate

The biggest rivals in the Big Brother house this year are going head-to-head in this week's live eviction - and fans are up in arms. The latest round of nominations took place in tonight's (30 September) show, with two housemates receiving the most votes.

After clashing many, many times over the last few weeks, Johanne and Rochelle will soon be parted for good, as one of them will be leaving the compound on Friday.

Johanne, who was immune from last week's nominations, received four votes; while Rochelle - who previously survived the chop in week one - picked up six.

Frankie, Lynx, Rhianna and Rochelle opted for Johanne, while Rochelle's votes came from Harry, Johanne, Lynx, Philip, Rhianna and Yasmin. After a pre-nominations twist, Samuel, Pauline and Omar lost their power to vote.

The housemates didn't hold back whilst making their choices, with Frankie calling Johanne a "liar" and a "game-player", and Philip saying of Rochelle: "She's always moaning about something. Everything is moan, moan, moan. It gives me headache."

Johanne and Rochelle's numerous feuds have taken up a considerable amount of airtime across this series, and fans have had a lot to say about the fact one of them will leave at the end of the week.

"I'm sure the people have been waiting for this one," Johanne said once the result was announced, while Omar said in the Diary Room: "This is like the Cold War, fam."

Indeed, viewers have had a lot to say about it on social media, with one person commenting on Instagram: "This is like splitting up ant and dec??? WHY SPLIT THESE TWO SO EARLY."

"THIS IS A JOKE," remarked someone else, while another caps-lock enthusiast said: "WE NEED A FAKE EVCTION WE CANT LOSE EITHER JOHANNE OR ROCHELLE."

"Unless this is a fake eviction [then] this is a terrible result. Both have their downsides but they bring good TV compared to the rest of the house," an additional fan wrote. "Make this a fake eviction to go with the Theme of the House of Nothing!"

RuPaul's Drag Race UK star Tomara Thomas deployed a timeless Pretty Woman quote, saying: "BIG MISTAKE, HUGE!!!!!!!"

Big Brother airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
