Mandalika MotoGP 2026 tickets sold out across all categories

Central Lombok, West Nusa Teng (ANTARA) - Tickets for the 2026 MotoGP on October 9-11 at Mandalika Circuit in Central Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara, are sold out across all categories, including premium royal box tickets.
"Commercially, the tickets are sold out. This is a fairly good situation," Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia Chairman Troy Reza Warokka said here on Friday.
He said many people still want to buy, but after checking with the ticketing team, tickets are no longer available in any category.
Warokka said high ticket demand is a positive signal for this year's Mandalika MotoGP.
Spectator interest is evident not only in regular tickets, as premium tickets such as the royal box are among the fastest to sell out, while demand for VIP facilities is also quite high.
"Royal box (tickets) are sold out. In fact, the expensive ones sell out fast. People want to come to Mandalika and have already planned their trips, whether by plane or ship," he explained.
According to Warokka, ticket sales opened in June 2026 through several mechanisms, including an early bird program. Signs of high public interest were already evident when the promotional tickets sold out in about a week.
However, the organizers were careful in reading the trend because early sales could be influenced by promotional prices.
"It turned out the sales stayed good throughout. We were quite overwhelmed by demand for VIP tents. So, this is not only because of cheap tickets, but there is genuine public enthusiasm to come," Warokka said.
He emphasized that several factors influence the high spectator interest. One is the presence of Marc Marquez, who is always a magnet for MotoGP fans in various countries.
"I am sure Marquez's fans around the world are waiting for this race, not only in Indonesia," Warokka added.
