In the video, Salman Khan’s vehicle can be seen surrounded by a large number of fans who had gathered for a glimpse of the actor. His security team appeared to be struggling to control the crowd as the car attempted to move forward. As the driver manoeuvred the vehicle through the crowd, a fan’s foot was reportedly caught underneath the car. Photographers at the spot can be heard asking the driver to reverse slightly, while the injured fan appears to cry out in pain.

Salman, who appeared visibly concerned by the situation, was then seen striking his driver’s hand and instructing him to move the car away from the crowd as the situation became increasingly chaotic.
