Now back in north London for the first time in nearly a month, Tottenham will be eager to produce in front of their own supporters and build confidence ahead of the start of the new season.

Hoffenheim, though, should provide a stern test having won five of their six pre-season friendlies, including scoring 21 goals against amateur side SV Massenbachhausen.
