Lakshya Sen, who beat Jonatan Christie in the Hylo Open 2026 final to clinch his first BWF title of the year, has decided to withdraw from the Korean Open, which will be played between November 3 and 8.
Lakshya was set to open the campaign against China’s Dong Tian Yao, but is scheduled to return to the court in the Japan Masters later this month. The Indian shuttler follows P.V. Sindhu out of the tournament, who also chose to skip it, along with the Japan Masters, having won the women’s singles title at the Hylo Open.
