MANILA, Philippines – On Day 17 of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial, the House prosecution is expected to resume its direct examination of Gina Acosta, a former special disbursing officer of the Office of the Vice President (OVP).
Acosta earlier testified that she followed Duterte’s instruction to turn over P125 million in cash to Col. Raymund Lachica, who was not an OVP employee. /dp
