At least 40 houses swept away by flash flood in Nepal [WATCH]

KATHMANDU: At least 40 houses and two suspension bridges were swept away by a flash flood on the Kaligandaki River in Nepal's Gorkha district on Sunday morning, a local official said, Xinhua reported.
A landslide blocked the river in Chumanubri Rural Municipality, triggering a flash flood when the blockage gave way.
"At least 40 houses in five different settlements have been swept away by the flood," Laxmi Gurung, vice-chairperson of the rural municipality, said.
No casualties have been reported so far.
Residents living along the river corridor were advised to evacuate their homes early on Sunday following warnings of a possible flood.
Authorities are still gathering details of the damage, Gurung said.
Rescue teams, including personnel dispatched from Kathmandu, have reached the disaster site, while further assessments are under way.
