Actor Noel Clarke has pleaded not guilty to sexual offences including sexual assault, voyeurism and exposure.

The former Doctor Who and Kidulthood star appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court in London on Wednesday on two charges of sexual assault, three charges of voyeurism and one charge of exposure.

He pleaded not guilty to all the charges, which relate to alleged offences against five women between 2007 and 2016.

The 50-year-old, from Kensington, west London, will next appear at Southwark Crown Court on 18 November.

Clarke found fame playing Mickey Smith in Doctor Who between 2005 and 2010, and went on to become a successful actor, writer, producer and director.
