Forty-five Asian nations and regions are set to compete at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi–Nagoya, Japan, marking a full-house turnout of National Olympic Committees under the Olympic Council of Asia.

From Saudi Arabia in the west to Japan as host in the east, the roster spans the breadth of the continent, ensuring every corner of Asia is present on the starting blocks in Nagoya.

Alongside these 45 NOCs, there will also be an Asian Refugee Team marching under its own banner, taking the total number of participating teams to 46 as the entire continent converges for the 20th edition of the Games.

The Games are set to run from 19 September to 4 October 2026, with Nagoya City’s Mizuho Park Athletic Stadium serving as the main venue for the opening and closing ceremonies.
