Hollyoaks has aired the darkest scenes yet in the Abigail Matthews and Dee Dee Hutchinson grooming storyline, as the evil teacher took things to the next level.
The episode opened with Tony and Ro outside Dee Dee's locked room, discussing the rumours that she might have feelings for a woman — although they suspected it might be for friend Trina.

Over at the hospital, Ant raged to Maddox Keane that he thinks Dee Dee might secretly be having a relationship with his girlfriend Kathleen-Angel McQueen. She turned around the corner and revealed that she had overheard everything. Feeling sick of his "insecure" nature, she decided that she was now his ex-girlfriend.
Back at the house, Ant told Dee Dee about his break-up, which got her to open the door.
"I'm not having a go, I just want to know what's going on," Ant said. "Are you catching feelings for my girlfriend? Is that why you kicked off?"
After her brothers told her that she can open to them about anything, Dee Dee was about to admit the truth... when she heard Abigail's voice from the next room. Tony had invited her and Nancy Osborne over to try and help out.
Under pressure to talk from her siblings, Dee Dee fake-admitted that she was in love with Kathleen-Angel and used the ensuing argument as an excuse to storm out.

Abigail later found Dee Dee at Diane's grave and told her: "I'm never gonna turn my back on you. This is... unconditional."
After telling Dee Dee that they're the only ones who understand each other, Abigail decided to take her elsewhere. They ended up in the school, where they shared as a hug. Abigail whispered in Dee Dee's ear that she's "not a girl anymore... you're a woman now", and proposed they have sex.
Abigail said that they could stop at any time, or not go through with it if Dee Dee had changed her mind. But she followed it up by saying: "I don't think you would. You've been giving me all the signals."
