Céline Dion duets with fan ahead of Paris comeback concert

Translate

Céline Dion has made a "childhood dream come true" for a young fan waiting outside the star's hotel in Paris, ahead of a much-anticipated comeback show on Saturday.

The 20-year-old, who goes by the social media name 'Sacha', asked the pop start to duet with him.

Initially Céline Dion declined, but then couldn't resist joining in.

"You are such a good singer," the Canadian performer exclaimed.

Dion - who was diagnosed with an incurable condition four years ago, that affected her singing voice - has regularly interacted with fans lined up outside her hotel.

When she announced the tour via an Instagram post in March, she said "I'm so ready to do this".
