7 Coronation Street spoilers for tonight reveal Sam and Eva aftermath

Coronation Street spoilers follow from Friday's episode (25 September), which is available to watch now on ITVX and YouTube but hasn't aired on ITV1 yet.

In tonight's Coronation Street, Eva's life hangs in the balance as Sam is left shocked by the consequences of his mistake.

Meanwhile, Carl and Ronnie clash as Debbie's dementia symptoms continue to get worse.

1. Sam rushes out of the Rovers

Sam watches on in horror as Eva remains unconscious at the bottom of the cellar stairs at the Rovers.

Once Sam establishes that Eva is still alive, he flees from the scene rather than raising the alarm.

2. There's a lifeline for Eva

Outside on the street, Sam gets distracted when Debbie approaches him and asks if he's seen Carl.

Sam immediately sees this as a way to get help for Eva without implicating himself, so he encourages Debbie to check for Carl at the pub.

3. Debbie's confusion grows

Debbie is stunned as she discovers what has happened to Eva and she hurries back out to get help.

Shortly afterwards, though, Debbie becomes confused and another crucial chance to help Eva is sadly lost...

4. It's Glenda to the rescue

Glenda is next to head inside the pub and – you guessed it – finds Eva.

It's finally time for Eva to get the help she needs, but will she make a full recovery after what's happened and the various risky delays?

5. Ronnie gives Carl some home truths

Ronnie worries when he learns that Debbie has been wandering around the cobbles alone. He immediately blames Carl, who was supposed to meet Debbie as part of a celebration of his new job.

Carl gives as good as he gets, insisting that he shouldn't be blamed. Can Debbie's loved ones ever get on the same page?

6. Lucy is in disgrace again

Lucy is at the centre of more mayhem at the Metcalfes' as Ronnie brings her home to Tim and Sally, revealing that he caught her drinking.

With Lucy under the influence after stealing vodka, it may be time for Tim and Sally to establish firmer boundaries for their foster child.

7. George encourages Christina to open up

Christina seems lost in thought following the tragic discovery that her long-lost daughter Rachel is dead.

George urges Christina to keep the lines of communication with him open so that he can support her.
