As it's reported Celeb Traitors had to 'scrap a cliffhanger', who is causing chaos in the castle?

The Celebrity Traitors has already had its fair share of great moments this season – from Richard E Grant's unexpected admission to Ross Kemp's paranoia. However, it looks like something big and unexpected is coming later in the season that could top those.
According to The Sun, an 'unbelievable' turn of events occurred during filming that meant that show bosses had to scrap a planned cliffhanger to accommodate it.
Of course, the show is known for setting up events in advance that could provide dramatic twists for viewers, though it appears that something put a spanner in the works for one plan this season.

What could've happened? Well, the report confirms that it isn't the Richard moment in episode one, where he openly declared he was a Traitor in front of a few others.
Following last Friday's Roundtable cliffhanger, which will be resolved in tonight's episode, he could be set for banishment, meaning potential remaining Traitors Maya Jama and James Acaster could recruit another to their team.
Could that choice be set to cause a stir?

Other major points across the two episodes so far include Ross's suspicion over everything, which could reach a boiling point so dramatic that he could do something quite big.
There's also Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan's longstanding friendship, and despite both being Faithfuls, neither knows the other's allegiance at present. Could things take a drastic turn between the two?
Romesh did previously tease: "Rob is one of my best friends, and we've worked together for a decade now, but I still won't be able to trust it. I mean, he's just as easily going to be on my side as he is going to twist the knife in my back given the opportunity. I mean, it's completely unpredictable."
He also admitted he would stab Rob "in a heartbeat", while Rob said he would be willing to betray his friends "if it's part of the game".
The Celebrity Traitors airs on BBC One and streams on BBC iPlayer.
