MANILA, Philippines – Sen. Raffy Tulfo, during Day 17 of Vice President Sara Duterte impeachment trial, confronts former OVP special disbursing officer Gina Acosta over red flags in the documentation of confidential funds, specifically pointing to matching signatures under different names and the use of unverified aliases.
Asked about her diligence in overseeing the transactions, Acosta said she deferred to former OVP security officer Col. Raymund Lachica because of the sensitive nature of his field operations.
