Anushka Sharma and her family buy three apartments worth Rs 44.1 crore in Mumbai's Versova, all on the 24th floor of a tower

Anushka Sharma and her family have bought three apartments at Godrej Skyshore on Yari Road in Versova, Mumbai, at a combined value of Rs 44.1 crore. All three homes are on the 24th floor of Tower A. Anushka bought one on her own, her parents bought the adjoining unit, and she and her cricketer husband jointly bought a third.

Anushka Sharma's Rs 14.9 crore apartment

According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Anushka Sharma bought a luxury apartment for nearly Rs 14.9 crore. The deal was registered on July 8, 2026.The home has a total area of about 2,153.7 sq ft, which includes around 2,026 sq ft of carpet area and nearly 128 sq ft of exclusive balcony or terrace space. She reportedly paid Rs 74.48 lakh as stamp duty, and the flat comes with three covered basement parking spaces.The seller is One-Stop Business Services LLP, and Godrej Properties is developing the project. Possession is due on or before June 30, 2031, which shows the project is still under construction.

Parents buy the adjoining flat

On the same day, Anushka Sharma's parents, Ashima Ajay Kumar Sharma and Ajay Kumar Sharma, bought another apartment on the same floor. It measures roughly 1,577 sq ft in total, with 1,477.8 sq ft of carpet area and about 99.2 sq ft of balcony or terrace space.

They paid Rs 10.91 crore for the home, along with Rs 65.45 lakh as stamp duty. It includes two covered basement parking spaces.Together, the two properties are worth about Rs 25.8 crore and cover around 3,731 sq ft, with five parking spaces in all. Based on carpet area, they work out to roughly Rs 73,500 to Rs 74,000 per sq ft.

Anushka Sharma and her husband's joint purchase

The family did not stop there. According to documents accessed by Zapkey, Anushka and Virat jointly bought one more apartment in the same project for Rs 18.29 crore.

The deal was registered on July 21, 2026, with a stamp duty of about Rs 1.09 crore.

Earlier Alibaug land deals

The Mumbai purchases follow another big investment earlier this year. In January 2026, the couple jointly bought two adjoining land parcels of around 5.19 acres in Zirad village, Alibaug, for Rs 37.86 crore. The deal was registered on January 13, with a stamp duty of about Rs 2.27 crore.It was their second reported land purchase in Alibaug. In 2022, they bought nearly eight acres in the area for Rs 19.24 crore through two transactions and later built a luxury holiday home there.
