Oasis Tease September 14th Announcement Amid 2027 Tour Rumors
Oasis fans may want to circle September 14th on their calendars and get their bank accounts in check, as the band is teasing a major announcement set for that day. On Thursday night, the band used a drone show above Etihad’s Joie Stadium in their hometown of Manchester to tease an announcement coming on the 14th at 4:00 p.m. BST (11:00 a.m. EST).
The Gallaghers have all but confirmed that Oasis will return to the road in 2027 (Noel recently joked, “There’s no football tournament on next year, so we’ve got to do something in the summer, right?”) Meanwhile, the band has spent the past week teasing the cities they’ll presumably be playing on social media. Presumably we’ll get the full details come Tuesday.
In the meantime, today brings the theatrical release of Don’t Look Back in Anger, the new documentary chronicling Oasis’ initial reunion tour in 2025.
