Trans Canada Gold raises proposed financing to C$2.5M

  • The financing includes up to C$1.5M through flow-through units priced at C$0.19 each, with each unit carrying ½ warrant exercisable at C$0.30 for two years.
  • The company will also offer up to C$1M in non-flow-through units at C$0.17 each, with each unit carrying ½ warrant exercisable at C$0.30 for two years.
  • Proceeds from the flow-through offering will fund eligible Canadian exploration expenditures for drilling at the Harrison Lake Gold Project in southwestern British Columbia.
  • Total proceeds are intended to support Phase 2 exploration, underground and surface drilling, with an ~C$1.7M budget including a 15% contingency, plus general working capital.
  • Closing is expected by mid-October 2026.
