Twitch streamers Marlon Lundgren Garcia (Marlon) and Nick Fosco (Lacy) got into a tense sidewalk argument with a group of young people carrying an Israeli flag, all of it during an IRL livestream. It started after the two said “Free Palestine,” and clips show the group challenging them over the phrase. Marlon pushed back, both streamers repeated their support for Palestine, and the footage ended up circulating on X. Neither has put out a formal statement about this specific encounter.

Marlon and Lacy Refuse to Back Down as the Israeli Flag Group Challenges Their Palestine Comments
Marlon and Lacy were walking around outdoors, talking to people and handing out promotional flyers for 2026 Streamer Awards when the confrontation happened. In the clips, the group questions their support for Palestine, and one of them says, “That's f**ked up why you guys say Free Palestine? It's f**k Palestine.”
Marlon answered right away. “I don't know what that means but Free Palestine,” he said in one version of the exchange. He also told the group, “It's never that bro, it's Free Palestine.”
It never went past words, and both streamers kept walking and kept the stream going. One more line attributed to Marlon was pretty direct: “My beliefs aren't your beliefs.” The clips caught the whole thing as it played out live, and separate accounts shared the footage across X afterward.
CORE Members Are Promoting the Streamer Awards as Clips of the Argument Circulate Online
Marlon and Lacy are part of CORE, a streaming collective that launched in 2026. They were also out promoting the upcoming Streamer Awards, where the two got a nomination together for Best Stream Duo. CORE was nominated for Best Content Group, and Marlon was shortlisted for Best Breakout Streamer too. The ceremony is set for November 12, 2026, in Los Angeles, and public voting is open from October 16 through October 31.
Streamer Sneako reacted positively to the clips as well. One of his posts described the encounter as Marlon and Lacy “shutting down Israeli hecklers.”
Reaction to the footage on X was mixed, with both supportive and critical comments. But as of this writing, there's no official apology or detailed statement about the confrontation from either streamer, CORE, or the Streamer Awards organizers.
