Raquel Rodriguez body slammed Dominik Mysterio once, didn't like him much at the time, and now says he's her brother. The Women's Intercontinental Champion looked back on her run against The Judgment Day, including the night she took down Dirty Dom during a match involving Rhea Ripley. Things are different today, since both of them are part of the same faction. She said all this on Chris Van Vliet's podcast, where she also talked about how she thinks WWE will remember The Judgment Day after its many lineup changes and character shifts.

Raquel Rodriguez Recalls Body Slamming Dominik Mysterio During Her Feud With Rhea Ripley

Rodriguez brought it up while going through her history with The Judgment Day on INSIGHT with Chris Van Vliet. Her rivalry with Ripley was a big part of that stretch, and the two kept running into each other over the Women's World Championship.

One of those matches happened at WWE Payback 2023. Dominik got involved in Rodriguez's match against Ripley, but he ended up on the receiving end of a body slam from the former NXT Women's Champion.

She remembered it while talking about the different relationships she's had with members of the faction. She said:

"I think I body slammed Dominik at one point. There was a moment where I didn't like him, but now he's my brother."

Raquel Rodriguez Believes The Judgment Day Will Be Remembered For Its Different Lineups And Family Bond

Rodriguez had plenty to say about the faction's legacy too. The Judgment Day has gone through several versions since it formed in 2022, with wrestlers switching sides and new members joining the group.

For her, those changes are part of what people will remember. She explained that the members have shared experiences as both babyfaces and heels, and several of them faced each other in the ring before becoming allies.

"I think they're going to remember us for all of it. For the good, the bad, the amazing characters, the amazing memories that we've been able to have, even just with each iteration of how Judgment Day was," Rodriguez said.

She also recalled how often she wrestled Ripley during their respective runs in the group. The two ended up on opposite sides of the ring even though they were associated with the same faction at different points, which is a bit different than most stables.

Rodriguez currently holds the Women's Intercontinental Championship, while Dominik's own 2026 has been less successful in the win column.

Mysterio began the year as Intercontinental Champion after defeating John Cena at Survivor Series 2025 to capture the championship for a second time. But a tally of his televised matches showed four wins and 14 defeats across 18 bouts following that victory, giving him an 80% loss rate.
