In 2014, Holmes became the youngest self-made female billionaire in the U.S., according to Forbes, by claiming she had developed a technology that could cheaply screen for hundreds of diseases using just a few drops of blood from a finger prick.

The following year, the first federal criminal charges were filed against her.

In the documentary, Fielder, who is known for his satirical show Nathan for You, is seen questioning Evans about his relationship with Holmes.

"Weren't you worried she was sort of scamming you?" Fielder asks.

"100 per cent, but what did she have to gain from me?" Evans replies.

"Well, isn't your family rich?"

"Yeah, I think that there's a lot of different levels of wealth."

Holmes had 1st child in 2021

Holmes and Evans had their first child in August 2021, mere months before she was convicted of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.

She revealed she was pregnant with her second child shortly after she was sentenced to more than 11 years in prison.
