Marcus Thuram and Francesco Pio Esposito are expected to lead the line for Inter against high-flying Como, while Nico Paz and hat-trick hero Tasos Douvikas should start for Cesc Fàbregas’ side at San Siro.
Inter vs. Como kicks off at 18:00 CET [17:00 GMT] on Sunday at San Siro, with Daniele Chiffi as referee.
It’s one of the games of the season so far. Third-placed Inter are on 25 points, only two ahead of Como, who would go above Cristian Chivu’s side with a win. Both teams come into the game in form in Europe: Inter bounced back from their derby defeat with a 3-0 win at Feyenoord, while Como made Champions League history with a 9-1 thrashing of Lens, the biggest away win in the competition’s history.
Alessandro Bastoni returns from suspension for Inter, and John Stones and Curtis Jones are fit again but likely to start on the bench. Lautaro Martínez and Luis Henrique are still out.
Como’s injury list is longer. Assane Diao, Jesús Rodríguez, Moise Kean and Addai are unavailable, and Trevoh Chalobah is unlikely to be fit in time.

Chivu still has several decisions to make. Gazzetta have Petar Sučić in midfield, but Goal expect Piotr Zieliński to start after he scored in Rotterdam. Spence vs. Diouf, Dimarco vs. Carlos Augusto and Esposito vs. Ange-Yoan Bonny are all close calls. For Como, Jean Butez is expected to keep his place in goal ahead of Sanchez, and Martin Baturina is a strong favourite over Maxence Caqueret.
In the UK and Ireland, Inter vs. Como is live on DAZN and TNT Sports 4, with streaming on HBO Max.
In the US, the game is on Paramount+.
In Italy, the game is on DAZN and Sky Sport.
