Wereldwijd zijn populaties van wilde dieren de afgelopen 52 jaar - tussen 1970 en 2022 - met gemiddeld 73 procent gekrompen. Dat blijkt uit het jongste ‘Living Planet Report’ van het Wereldnatuurfonds WWF, een tweejaarlijks onderzoek naar biodiversiteit.
