Argentine rapper Milo J is celebrating the first anniversary of his Latin Grammy-nominated album La Vida Era Más Corta by giving its songs a new life.

Recorded on a floating platform along a riverbank, La Jangada brings together artists from different generations and corners of Latin American music. Trueno joins Milo on a new rendition of “Gil,” while Laferte takes part in a stripped-down version of “Jangadero,” a song that originally featured the late Mercedes Sosa.

Released in September 2025, La Vida Era Más Corta earned six nominations for the 2026 Latin Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year. “Niño” is also up for Record of the Year, while “Solifican12” received a Song of the Year nomination.

Milo J is also among the Argentine artists featured on the newly released EA Sports FC 27 soundtrack, which includes his track “M.A.I.”
