Big Brother's face-to-face nominations ends in explosive row as housemates separated

After a drama-filled few days, Big Brother turned things up a notch tonight (6 October) by making housemates nominate face-to-face. With tensions already high in the house, the nominations only made things more explosive – leading to one housemate having to spend the night in the snug.
After all the votes were counted, Rob was announced as being up for eviction this week after receiving six nominations alongside Pauline, who received five.
Rob was mostly nominated for dancing on the table in his socks, while Pauline irked her housemates by insisting on eating the organic food, despite having previously munched on pizza.

While newcomers Twinks and Catrin were not eligible to be nominated, they could put others up for eviction, with Twinks choosing Rochelle and Frankie, and Catrin picking Sam and Pauline.
Catrin said she chose Pauline because she didn't make the effort with her when she entered the house and her vote wasn't anything to do with the organic food situation.
But it was later in the night that things kicked off when Pauline was in the bathroom and Catrin came in to brush her teeth.
Pauline was talking to Yasmin about Johanne, referencing her husband, but when Catrin asked whose husband they were talking about, she got no answer from Pauline.
Catrin then told Pauline she'd been ignoring her, but Pauline responded saying: "Let me know how you act when you get your suitcase three times."
Pauline then vented to Rob about Catrin, saying she was trying to "get her moment," without knowing that Catrin was in the toilet and heard everything. She then emerged crying and told Rochelle what had happened.

Rochelle then brought Catrin back into the bathroom, leading to a confrontation with Pauline. As Rochelle and Pauline had to be separated by their fellow housemates, Big Brother called Pauline to the Diary Room.
Big Brother told Pauline that she should sleep in the snug tonight as it wasn't appropriate for her to share the bedroom with Rochelle and Catrin.
The episode ended with Pauline in the snug telling her rubber duck she didn't have this on her "2026 bingo card". Neither did we.
Big Brother airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
