Yorkshire tiger latest: Man dies after being attacked by big cat in wildlife park enclosure

Emergency services are responding to a “serious incident” at a tiger enclosure at a British zoo.
Yorkshire Wildlife Park closed its doors on Saturday as it worked with authorities to “to ascertain exactly what happened”.
“Our emergency response procedures were immediately activated, and emergency services are currently attending the scene,” the zoo, near Doncaster, said in a statement on Saturday.
The park, near Doncaster, is to remain shut for the remainder of the weekend, they said.
Witnesses told the Yorkshire Post that a black screen was set up around the enclosure this afternoon. There were reportedly shots fired before the zoo was evacuated.
