Irina Shayk sent pulses racing in her latest slew of Instagram posts shared from her time at Milan Fashion Week on Wednesday.

The supermodel, 40, looked incredible as she posed topless while being helped into a pair of skin-tight leather trousers with a lace-up crotch. 

She later upped the heat once again as she posed in the make-up chair with a large cup of coffee while just wearing a bust-boosting bra.

Her next snap saw Irina sizzle with a smokey eye while lying in bed while flashing a rude hand gesture and wearing a racy silk camisole. 

Giving an insight into her recent life updates, she posed with her trophy for the Filming Italy Venice International Award, also referred to as the Filming Italy Women Power Award, which she received at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival last month.

Irina was honoured for her achievements and influence in fashion and her international career, while Orlando Bloom was also given the accolade.

The post comes after Irina and Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker sparked romance rumors after being spotted hanging out together in the Hamptons in July.

Rumors began swirling after popular celebrity gossip page Deuxmoi shared multiple reports claiming the Russian model and the 29-year-old NBA guard were inseparable during a weekend getaway to Long Island.

According to the outlet, Devin was spotted leaving Tutto Caffe in East Hampton alongside Irina, with 'several sources' confirming the pair were spending time together in the upscale seaside enclave.

The duo were later seen together at a party at hotspot Delilah, where a low-quality video allegedly captured the high-profile pair in conversation.

Witnesses reported to Deuxmoi that while the two appeared close, Booker was also seen chatting up other women at the venue, which reportedly didn't go down well with the model.

The surprise pairing comes after both stars experienced high-profile romances in recent years. Irina previously dated Bradley Cooper for four years before their split in 2019, with whom she shares her nine-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine.

Devin meanwhile famously dated reality star and supermodel Kendall Jenner on and off for two years before the pair called time on their relationship in late 2022.

Neither star has publicly commented on the speculation.

Irina began modelling in her late teens after an agent noticed her beauty. She then entered and won a beauty contest.

By the time she was 21, she had appeared in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and also became the face of Italian clothing label Intimissimi.

She was seen to be having her teeth whitened 

She graced the covers of numerous magazines and also became a Victoria's Secret model.

Last year, Irina revealed how she and her ex Bradley help their daughter Lea 'feel comfortable' around their fame.

'She has very, very little digital access, almost down to none,' she told People magazine.

Irina said that she and the A-list actor try their best to turn their attention to 'building community, friends and just giving love'.

She added: 'This is the best thing that you could give to your kid, raising them in a loving family.'

And she touched upon something else she guards her daughter against, saying, 'There are so many beauty standards out there that of course I try to protect my daughter from.'

Bradley has also said he makes his daughter a part of his film-making career, with his little one even joining him on the set of Is This Thing On?

'There's nothing weird about it,' Bradley told E! News of his daughter joining him on set. 'It's just a part of what we do, and it's kind of a nice thing. She cares so much about it.'

He continued, 'Kids, they say exactly what they think, and she has a big opinion about everything. I love it and I care what she thinks. Even with casting, we'll look at casting auditions together.'
