Coronation Street's Sally to be rocked by Lucy's disturbing drawing

Coronation Street's Sally Metcalfe is riddled with worry next week, as she frets that Lucy Parkinson is too much for her and Tim to handle. But what's behind her concern?
Trouble brews at No.4 when Sally takes a peek at Lucy's art project, which depicts an angry woman grabbing her head.

Unsettled, Sally asks Lucy whether the drawing is of her late mum – but the innocent question tips the teenager over the edge…
"Lucy completely loses it," explains our Weatherfield insider. "Poor Sally is on the receiving end of Lucy's nasty temper, yet again.
"And it leaves Sally wondering whether she and Tim are really equipped to deal with the troubled teenager."
The week begins with Sally letting Lucy know that she's going to the Rovers pub quiz. However, Lucy is clearly unhappy with her foster mum's plan, so she pretends she's feeling under the weather, hoping Sally will stay at home.
Following Lucy's angry outburst, Sally shows Tim the drawing and explains how the schoolgirl lashed out. Lucy eventually says sorry to Tim, and he's quick to forgive her – but is her apology as sincere as she makes out?

Later in the week, Lucy also apologises to Sally, pulling her in for a cuddle and claiming that she reminds her of her mum. Lucy also makes a breakthrough with Shanice, after ongoing tensions between the foster kids at the Metcalfe house.
"Lucy decides to write in her grief journal," explains our insider. "Shanice notices and tells Lucy that she hopes she'll feel happy soon. It's a sweet moment between the pair."
With Lucy and Shanice now pals, Sally and Tim are pleased at the idea of them hanging out.
However, their bubble is burst when Ronnie Bailey turns up at the door with Lucy, who has been on the booze.
Can Sally and Tim cope with Lucy for much longer?
