Practical Magic 2 has officially opened at the box office. Despite Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman’s combined star power, it has failed to leave a mark. Practical Magic 2’s domestic debut

It was initially reported that Practical Magic 2 was tracking to earn between $40 million and $50 million in its opening weekend in North America, becoming Warner Bros. ‘ first film of 2026 to land above $40 million. However, it did not happen so! The film, although it debuted at #1, collected just $30 million on its three-day opening weekend at the North American box office. It is below Wuthering Heights$32.8 million and The Proposal’s $33.6 million debut.

The first film collected just $46.7 million in its domestic run, and the sequel is expected to surpass that total in its first week or, at best, its second weekend.
