LNG Energy Group extends private placement deadline

  • LNG Energy Group (LNGE:CA) said the TSXV has extended the price reservation for its non-brokered private placement to November 4, 2026.
  • The company plans to complete one or more additional financing tranches by the new deadline, with terms unchanged.
  • The offering consists of units priced at C$0.05 each, with every unit including one common share and one warrant exercisable at C$0.10 for 36 months.
  • The first tranche closed on August 17 with 9.44M units issued for ~C$471,903 in gross proceeds.
  • Proceeds will support regulatory filings and compliance costs, professional fees, legacy payables, working capital and general expenses.
  • The financing is also intended to help the company work toward the full revocation of its failure-to-file cease trade order issued on May 7, 2025.
