Interim head coach Augustine Eguavoen invited 28 players for the second-round qualifying tie.
Comoros will host the first leg on Friday, October 9, while Nigeria will be the designated home side for the return leg on Tuesday, October 13.
Both matches will be played at the Remo Stars Sports Stadium in Ikenne-Remo, as Comoros does not have a CAF-approved venue for international fixtures.
The Super Falcons must secure victory on aggregate to advance to the third round of the five-stage qualifying campaign, which is scheduled to conclude in December next year.
