Pangasinan floods: Boy found dead after going missing
CALASIAO, Pangasinan — The body of an 11-year-old boy who was reported missing on Sept. 5 was found Sunday in a flooded agricultural area in Barangay Capataan, San Carlos City.
Police said the boy, a resident of the barangay, was reported missing by his father at about 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Initial investigation showed that the boy had left home to take a bath in the rain. Bystanders reportedly saw him walking along a road around 3 p.m.

He failed to return home, prompting his family to seek police assistance.
