American supermodel Cindy Crawford has posted a tribute on social media to her son Presley Gerber, who recently died aged 27.
"We are beyond heartbroken to lose our beloved son and brother," Crawford's Instagram post said.
"We feel so blessed to have had Presley in our lives for 27 years. He is a sweet, beautiful soul who loved and is loved, now and forever."
The 27-year-old was Crawford's only son with her businessman husband, Rande Gerber, and the older brother of model-actor Kaia.
Gerber died in September at a rehab facility, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.
Crawford thanked fans for their support, saying: "We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from so many who know and love our family and even strangers who feel our pain."
Sister, Kaia Gerber, also posted a tribute to "Prez" shortly afterwards.
"You know how much I loved being your sister. It has always been, and will forever be, my favourite thing about myself," she said.
"You believed people were inherently good because, Presley, you are inherently good."
Presley Gerber worked on campaigns and did runway shows for brands such as Calvin Klein and Dolce & Gabbana.
In 2018, he appeared alongside his mother in Pepsi's Super Bowl LII commercial.

He had previously opened up about his struggles with mental health.
In an Instagram post last November, he said he started a series called Mental health Mondays, saying: "The goal was to spark real conversations about the stuff most people hide."
In August, his sister Kaia, spoke about her brother's struggles in an interview with Vogue magazine.
When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone," she said.
