Woman rescued after falling into riprap in Baguio City

BAGUIO CITY — Police and emergency responders rescued a woman after she fell into a riprap in Barangay T. Alonzo here on Sunday (Aug. 23), police said.

According to the Baguio City Police Office Police Station 7, personnel from its Fixed Visibility Point 2 (FVP2) responded after receiving a report about the incident from the Smart City Command Center (SC3).

The police then coordinated with Emergency Medical Services, which brought the woman to Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center for further medical attention.

Police reminded the public to call 911 in case of emergencies.
