In a separate 5 a.m. weather forecast, Pagasa said that generally improving weather conditions may be expected today as the Tropical Depression Neneng and the southwest monsoon are forecast to weaken.
Pagasa added that Neneng may make landfall within the northern portion of Taiwan within 12 hours and will weaken into a low pressure area.
