BKS suspends vans, minibuses on 13 routes due to flooding

BANGKOK — 28 September 2026, The Transport Co., Ltd. (BKS) said that passenger vans and minibuses on 13 routes have temporarily suspended services due to severe flooding that has made roads impassable.

BKS said it was closely monitoring heavy rain and flooding across the country, particularly on routes in the eastern region, where several areas have been affected.

Operators of BKS-affiliated passenger vans and minibuses have temporarily suspended services on the following 13 routes:

1. Route 46: Bangkok (Ekkamai) – Rayong
2. Route 56: Bangkok (Ekkamai) – Phanom Sarakham
3. Route 914: Bangkok (Ekkamai) – Chanthaburi
4. Route 917: Bangkok (Ekkamai) – Laem Ngop
5. Route 9916: Bangkok (Ekkamai) – Kabin Buri – Rong Kluea Market
6. Route 12: Bangkok (Chatuchak) – Lop Buri
7. Route 21: Bangkok (Chatuchak) – Nakhon Ratchasima
8. Route 35: Bangkok (Chatuchak) – Map Ta Phut – Rayong
9. Route 915: Bangkok (Chatuchak) – Ban Khai – Laem Mae Phim
10. Route 921: Bangkok (Chatuchak) – Ongkharak – Rong Kluea Market
11. Route 9907: Bangkok (Chatuchak) – Chanthaburi
12. Route 9908: Bangkok (Chatuchak) – Trat
13. Route 9920: Bangkok (Chatuchak) – Ban Sang – Prachin Buri

BKS said it had instructed affiliated operators to continue monitoring conditions and assess the safety of each route before resuming normal services.

The company is also closely monitoring flooding and traffic conditions across its network and coordinating with relevant agencies and operators. Any changes to services will be announced to the public.

BKS said passenger safety remained its top priority and that it would adjust services according to conditions to minimise disruption to travellers.
