Trailing 2-0 at the interval, Rayan Cherki’s excellent finish early in the second half gave Man City hope of a comeback before Liam Delap sealed victory for Forest with an emphatic finish to inflict a third straight Premier League defeat for Enzo Maresca’s side.

As such, Redknapp is of the opinion that the Gunners may just be too strong for the rest of the chasing pack.

"I don't really see anything else other than Arsenal running away with this title at the moment," Redknapp told Sky Sports. "I know it's really early but I just think they're so much better than everyone else in every single area.

"That one today is a sore one, it gives you the feeling right now in terms of who can challenge Arsenal? I just don't see one.”

Results on Saturday mean Arsenal will head into the November international break with a six-point cushion, unless Brighton beat Brentford on Sunday afternoon.

Redknapp added. "If you look at the league table, I think right now, probably the one you'd point to, and I never thought I'd say this at the start of the year, but it's Brighton."
