Struggling to decide what to watch on your next movie night? Streaming giant Disney+'s vast catalogue is packed with films for every mood and occasion, and we can guide you to the best of the bunch.

A groundbreaking animated superhero adventure, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse follows teenager Miles Morales as he discovers his powers and teams up with Spider-People from parallel universes to save the world. Featuring the voices of Shameik Moore, Jake Johnson and Hailee Steinfeld, it's widely praised for its innovative animation style and heartfelt storytelling.

Mission: Impossible is a thrilling extravaganza of jaw-dropping special effects and amazing stunts. Based on the cult 1960s TV series about a covert strike force designing situations villains believe to be real, it's best to forget the complicated plot - something about Tom Cruise clearing his name and proving to the CIA he's not a treacherous mole - and simply enjoy the epic rollercoaster ride.

Two decades after leaving Runway magazine, Andy Sachs finds herself reunited with Miranda Priestly in newly released The Devil Wears Prada 2, as the fashion world grapples with a rapidly changing media landscape. Directed by David Frankel, the comedy drama sequel reunites Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt and Stanley Tucci.

The entire Fast and the Furious series recently swerved onto the service, and if you're only gonna watch one, make it the fifth entry, 2011's Fast Five, which set the template for the increasingly epic gear-head movies to come. Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson work to out-macho one another as Dom Torretto assembles his crew for a huge bank heist, only to be tailed by the law.

There's also Pixar’s recent adventure Hoppers, in which a young girl uses technology to inhabit a robotic beaver and communicate with animals. Featuring the voices of Jon Hamm, Bobby Moynihan and Meryl Streep and blending body-swap chaos with an empowering message about co-existence, it will delight viewers young and old.

Of course, Disney+ hosts Marvel Studios' cinematic offerings, including The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Avengers: Endgame. As well as Marvel, the platform is also known as the wider home of franchise fare, with others featured including Star Wars, Alien, Muppet Treasure Island, Planet of the Apes and more.

However, the platform also offers whole range of other, one-off titles, including Caught Stealing director Darren Aronofsky's Black Swan, and recent awards successes such as A Real Pain, Poor Things, All of Us Strangers and A Complete Unknown. That's not even mentioning other options such as horror films including Alien, fantasy adventure The Princess Bride and moving drama Empire of Light.

There is truly something for every film fan on Disney+ – and the Radio Times team have broken down the top picks on the streamer in this list.
