Verda Healthcare partners with AstranaCare units to expand care options in Arizona and Texas

Verda Healthcare announced a strategic partnership with AstranaCare Partners of Arizona and AstranaCare Partners of Texas, subsidiaries of Astrana Health (ASTH), to expand access to culturally responsive care in underserved markets.
The alliance extends Verda’s reach across Greater Houston, Texas, and Phoenix, Arizona. Verda Healthcare operates as a Medicare Advantage provider specializing in Pan-Asian, Hispanic, and Arab American populations across underserved U.S. counties.
The company offers two main products: Verda Noble Care, an MA plan available during Open Enrollment (October 15 – December 7), and Verda Noble Chronic Care, a Chronic Condition Special Needs Plan (C-SNP) open year-round.
Through the pact, Verda will leverage AstranaCare’s network of Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), technology tools, and administrative support infrastructure.
Astrana Health currently manages over 1.6M lives backed by a network of more than 20K in-network providers.
