Mariah Carey announces ‘Christmastime’ 2026 UK arena tour

Mariah Carey has announced a festive UK arena tour for 2026. Find all the details below.

The ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ pop star will play a trio of headline shows on these shores in November and December.

Dubbed the ‘Christmastime’ tour, the forthcoming trek includes concerts at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham (November 27), The O2 in London (November 30) and the Co-op Live in Manchester (December 2).

From there, Carey will head to Ta’ Qali, Attard in Malta for a one-off show at the MFCC venue on December 8.

“My Christmastime tour is coming to the UK & Malta! I can’t wait to celebrate with you all!” the singer wrote on social media.

Tickets go on general sale at 10am BST this Friday (September 25) – you’ll be able to buy yours here. Pre-sales begin on Wednesday (September 23) and Thursday (September 24).

Carey embarked on a Christmas tour in the UK and Europe in 2018. Her ‘Christmastime In Las Vegas’ residency took place last year. In 2024, she celebrated the 30th anniversary of ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ with a series of special releases.

The song finally topped the US and UK charts in 2019 and 2020, respectively – two-and-a-half decades after its original release.

Last December, Carey extended her Billboard Hot 100 record for most weeks at Number One with the 1994 festive classic single – 31 years after its initial release. ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’ reached a total of 22 weeks at the top of the singles chart.

“22!!!! Truly grateful for this Christmas gift,” Carey wrote on X at the time, alongside some Christmas-themed emojis. She later brought in 2026 with a performance on the New Year’s Rockin’ Eve show in New York.

Carey was awarded $92,000 after a judge dismissed a lawsuit relating to ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ late last year, too.

Speaking to NME in 2021, Carey reflected on making the snowy video for the single. “Well, I remember certain things that weren’t great about that time, but I also see my true happiness shining through,” she explained.

“Someone smarter than myself suggested I do a Christmas album as a young, young girl and I was like: ‘Hmmm – doesn’t that happen later in life?’ And then I said, ‘But you know what? I love Christmas!’”

More recently, she was nominated for the 2026 Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, but ultimately failed to make the final cut to be inducted this year.
